Pricing FAQs
Is there a free QR code plan?
Yes. On Free you can create 2 static QR codes a month and download them as PNG or SVG, with no card. Static codes are black on white, always point where you first set them, and their scans aren’t counted. A paid plan makes new codes dynamic, so you can change where they point and count every scan.
What are the paid plans?
Core R149/month, Growth R449/month and Premium R1,999/month. Core includes dynamic codes, your branding, business cards, WhatsApp codes, scan analytics (coming soon). Growth has everything in Core, plus 2D barcodes, bio link pages (coming soon), your own domain (coming soon), bulk create (coming soon). Premium has everything in Growth, plus client accounts (coming soon), white-label (coming soon), API access (coming soon). Features marked “coming soon” are part of the plan but not in the app yet.
Is pricing in Rands?
Yes. Insly QR is priced in South African Rand and paid through PayFast, so there’s no USD conversion or international card fees.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Core is R149/month or R1,490/year; Growth is R449/month or R4,490/year; Premium is R1,999/month or R19,990/year. That's 2 months free compared with paying monthly.
When does the 7-day trial start?
When you create your first code, not when you sign up, so you get the full 7 days. The trial unlocks dynamic codes, your own branding, business cards and 2D barcodes, and needs no card. When it ends you move to the Free plan unless you subscribe. The codes you made keep working either way, and dynamic codes keep counting scans.
Do you offer an API?
Not yet. API access is planned for the Premium plan and is marked “coming soon” until it is available. Today you create and manage codes in the Insly QR dashboard.
